Usb

usb plugged in but still says no usb and won't play audio

Check all cable connections. Ensure the USB speaker has its external DC power supply connected. Go to Sound and Audio Devices Properties and change the sound playback default device to USB Audio. Make sure the computer is outputting audio (try headphones).
