Seriously, How Can I Get Help With This Issue Now? Phone Numbers Don't Work!

Are you people serious? I called the customer service number and the number has been changed. Then I tried the new number only to find out it is only for the tv's. My problem is with the remote. I want answers! I purchased the universal remote control today (model number RCR3273R) and was able to program my tv, but not my dvd player. What gives?
