Can't Get My Mp3 To Turn On

It is fully charged it charged all night . Not long after I plugged it in to charge it came on but quickly went off and has came on since I hit reset and tried to turn it on and still don't work.

Check the following:

  • Battery is empty, please recharge.
  • Ensure the keys lock is not activated.
  • Reset the player by pressing the RESET button on the back of the player with a non-metal pointed object (e.g. toothpick).”
  • If the player still cannot be turned on after resetting, perform a firmware upgrade to restore it.
