How Do I Contact Rca Tech Support? Picture Is All Gray Stripes
The picture is all gray and striped. It is not snowy. I have unplugged for 48hours and replugged and still nothing. It will not respond to any commands, etc. I don't see a dvd stuck in it. I am not sure what to do.
