Telephone On Line 3 Instead Of Line 1 And Dont Ring

Hello, we made recent renovations at our office and since, my telephone dont work properly. It opens on line 3 instead of line one. And it dont ring anymore when there's a call in. Is that a problem of connection or of property? Thanks to answer me as soon of possible. Vanessa
