No Balance Converted For A Line Item

We are a nonprofit organization and have a line item that is for restricted funds. The balance at the end of the fiscal year 6/30/11 was 9735.35 in Peachtree. On 7/1/2011 we converted data from Peachtree to QuickBooks Pro 2009 and that balance does not show up on the balance sheet.
