When I Try To Open My Quickbooks File, It Says Quickbooks Has Stopped Working.

What is wrong

Some files may not have been registered or installed.
  1. Run reboot.bat. If this does not resolve the issue, continue to step 2.
  2. Repair your QuickBooks installation.
  3. If the message persists, perform a clean uninstall of QuickBooks.

All you need to do is uninstall all the versions of MSXML and then reinstall them. 99.99%, it should be resolved. If it still does not then just uninstall and reinstall QuickBooks.
