I Cannot Acces My Quickbook Basics Program On My Computer.

When I try to access it, a message screen appears that says "The file was not closed in previous session. Rolling back to last fully recorded transaction. I click OK. Then an error message come on that says Quickbooks has encountered a problem and needs to close. I am then asked to either send or not send the problem. When I click send the error report, I am told that no solution for the problem exists. Is this a computer error or is it the software? It worked fine on Thursday, October 21 but on October 22 it started this problem. Thank you. Fred Brashear

The answer is to completely uninstall qb2000. Do not use the windows uninstaller. I found a program called "full uninstall". I then installed qb2000 and then used my last back up to restore my data which was only about a week old, so I only lost a week. Hope this works. Good luck.
