Operator Presence Control Malfunction
The operator control presence cable connects to an assembly at the rear of the engine which has an insulated copper wire with some copper wire exposed. Since I had to strip more wire free of the insulation, how much and where should the copper wire extend. This appears to be the mechanism which causes the engine to turn off. I purchased a new cable so the operation of the control is proper. The function and/or configuration of the copper wire is not proper because the engine will not start. Need an example of the assembly's correct configuration and length and position of copper wire.
