Poulan Po15538lt Lawn Tractor Will Not Start.

Starter engages, flywheel spins, but does not start. Replaced coil/plug wire, spark plug, two interlock switches, one for brake and one for blade disengaging, and the seat switch. I pulled spark plug wire, inserted spare plug, but get no spark. What am I missing?
