Dic Etc Problems

on the dash above radio the hazard light button, 3 dic info buttons and rear window wiper buttons as well as passenger airbag light and fog lamps switch all do not work? Is this a fuse problem? help? 2008 Pontiac Torrent

The air bag # 25 fuse; fog lamps fuse # 53 in the engine compartment fuse block is located on the driver's side of the engine compartment. #3 fuse in the instrument panel fuse block located on the passenger's side of the center console.
