My 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix 3.8 Liter Engine Has Trouble Code P0411

my 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix 3.8 Liter Engine Has Trouble Code P0411 I Cannot Locate The Secondary Air Pump Relay I Would Like To Keep Check It Before Replacing The Pump Because I Get Ground But No Hot From The Connector Both Fuse Are Ok Or Is There A Certain Procedure To Test This Can Anyone Help?
