How To Repair Sunroof Rainwater Drain

The floor carpets are always soaked after rain, how do I repair the sunroof rainwater drain hoses? Do I need to remove carpet to access the rain drain hoses?

if you open the sunroof,will see 2 drain holes witch have 2 hoses connected.they are probably clogged thin wire thru or air blow.that should do it.I did that a few times on dif,cars.
