easy 5 minute replacement.  open hook.  remove rubber seal on firewall, remove plastic triangle shaped cover hangng down form fireewall that covers wiper arms etc.   use 8mm socket and extention to loosen two muts on end of wiper arm that goes to motor.  use 30 torx male socket to undo centre nut top of wiper motor.  use screwdriver to pry around and lift strait up.   Now you can go to auto wrecker with old part and get new used from a van that has working wipers that park correctly.   to put on first turn ignition on, then cycle wipers on and off to centre wiper motor .  then pull your wipers down to parked position and attatch arm to new part and put new part on top of wiper motor and slide down on stud, and put 30 torx bolt back in and tighten carefully.  if you make sure the wiper arm in engine compartment is strait and mounted correctly, when you turn wipers on all will work properly.  remember to put some oil or wd40 on the rest of the joints of the wiper assembly.   this job took me about 10 minutes from start to finish as i already had the replacement part.
