How Do I Change The Heater Core In My 2001 Pontiac Grand Am?

we purchased a new heater core for our 2001 pontiac grand am but 2 days in & we're still trying to get to the heater core! we have the whole dash removed but its still diffucult getting to the heater core! does anyone kniw where we can find a video showing us detailed instructions to changing out the heater cire?
