How do you reset the ABS light on a Pontiac Grand Prix?

Electrical System

Open the hood and turn off the Grand Prix's engine.

Disconnect the battery from the vehicle using a socket wrench. Wait three minutes. Reconnect the battery and turn the engine on to check the ABS light. If it is off, the sensor is reset. Close the hood.

How do I get the ABS light to turn off?

Locate the DIC control panel on the dashboard in front of the driver's seat under the speedometer. Keep pushing and releasing the "Set" button on the DIC control panel until "ABS" is shown. Hold the "Set" button for about 5 seconds to reset the light and turn it off.
