1995 Pontiac Bonneville Se Drivinglights/fog Lights Do Not Work

I can find a 15 amp fuse on the drivers side under the dash (fuse 6D) It is good. I cannot find a relay anywhere. ALL THE DEALERS tell me different locations for the relay. I can't find the relay under the hood, in the trunk, under the dash, etc. Where is the relay locaterd????
