I Reset My Tabletpmid703c And Now I Can't Log On To Internet.

After I reset my tablet I was able to enter my internet connection info but can't log on to the internet or brownser. I checked your onlin instructions and in the advanced setting is shows IP address is unavailable. I know the IP address but it won't let me enter it. Just want to get up and running again and start from square one.
