Grandson Has A Polaroid Is624 Lens Has Stop Moving And Will No Longer Focus
Lens does not move in or out will not focus and will not zoom or stow when the camera is shut off. Any ideas? New batteries. did not fix

Caused by:
- Long Shutter Speed: during the split-second the image was being taken, the subject and/or your hands moved, causing motion/movement to be captured
- Unfocused: the camera lens was not focused on the desired subject. It could be that it focused instead on the background or foreground, or that your subject is too close to you. Remember that your camera has a minimum focus distance (usually roughly 3 feet), if your subject is closer than this, your image will be out-of-focus.
- Slow Shutter Speed
- Always shoot with plenty of light
- Shoot with flash (and ensure subject is close enough for the flash to illuminate them!)
- Use a tripod
- Unfocused
- Ensure subject is at least as far away as the minimum focus distance for your camera - 3 feet is a good rule of thumb for most Polaroid cameras
- If using an SLR camera, ensure that subject appears sharp before pressing the shutter button
