I'm Trying To Get In To My Account That I Haven't Used In 4 Years

I got got a new ps4 and I really want to play gta5 online but I forgot my password and it's been a real hassle trying to get this situation together Please help

Did you download the latest "System Update"? Since the shutdown, all users are required to change their passwords. The 3.61 update allows you to do that.
