Volume
the volume on my M1100 seams to be weak. I press the volume button until a voice says it is at full volume. But I am having a hard time hearing the person on the other end. Is there anything I can try?

Make sure the volume is turned up on your iPhone. If that does not work, turn off your Bluetooth and delete it from your phone. Put the headset into pairing mode and resync it to your phone. If this does not work, I would suggest having the headset replaced. Good luck.
