Voice Recognition
Incoming calls are fine, when I try to call using ihe voice activation it dials the wrong numer. I'ss ay call Phyllis mobile and it will call Bob etc. I don't know if this is a phone problem HTC Incredible 2 or a blue tooth problem

It sounds like there is a communication problem between the headset and phone. Remember that newer phones are like small computers, so they may become corrupt over time and you may need to reset them every so often. Simply turn your phone off and remove the battery for a few seconds, then replace the battery and turn it back on again. Purge any pairing information from the phone for your M1100 headset and pair it again to your phone, carefully following the instructions for your headset. After pairing, pay particular attention to the "Take a good look" page and the features of the voice recognition button in your manual.
