Ear Piece Not Working
i have the device plt m1100, when i put it on it connects with my phone and it tells me phone is connected but when i make a call voices are not communicated through there.
i have tried to disconnect and connect again i still have the same problem and it was working fine before now. my phone is an Iphone 4s

I would suggest deleting the headset from your iPhone then powering it completely down. Turn off the Bluetooth headset also. Power your phone back up and then your Bluetooth headset. Put them back into paring mode and repair. If this does not work, I would suggest calling the company you purchased the headset from and see about getting it replaced.
