Can't Hear Anything Through The Headset From Iphone Even Though I Am Connected

My headset is connected to my iPhone Bluetooth and the volume is turned all the up but I can not hear anything through the headsea when accepting and making a call. I have to use thespeaker on my phone. How do I resolve this?

The best thing to do is turn the Bluetooth headset off then delete the headset from your iPhone. Put the headset back into paring mode and reinstall it on your iPhone. Sometimes when paring there can be a glitch. If that does not work, I would suggest taking it back where you bought it and have it replaced. Good luck.
