Sometimes My Unit Connects To The Phone, Sometimes Not
My unit sometimes connects to the phone, other times not. I have found the phone has to be fully charged up for the connection to work, but right now it won't connect and the phone is fully charged. Also, the mute and FM buttons don't seem to be working right now. the k100 is charged and so is the phone. what can I do?

If it was a "simple" pairing problem, there are steps you could take to reboot your phone and try to re-pair the two units, but you seem to be having other issues that only replacing the unit will fix. The K100 comes with a 1 year warranty, so if it's still under warranty, contact your vendor for free replacement or contact Plantronics at 800-544-4660 x5538 for warranty assistance.
