Ring Tone On Incoming Call (type And Volume Adjustments) For The K100.

I have a k100 and all works well apart from the audible ring tone. This is my second device as the first one I purchased had a ring tone failure. This replacement k100 has a very low volume (nothing like the first devive while it worked) and I am at a loss to adjust both type of ring tone and the volume. Could you please shed a light on this problem for me. Thanks. Graeme Sawtell.
