My Backbeat Fit Won't Power Up, How Do I Fix It.
When I plug it in to recharge, the red light comes on and never turns off. When I try to power it up the blue light does not come on, it will not connect with my phone, and there's no voice telling me it's powered up.This just started happening two days ago. I bought it in Nov 2015 and it has worked fine since then. I use it with an iphone 6 with the current OS update.

Let me tell you something it is a known issue with plantronics back beat fit these days the battery module of the plantronics back beat fit is faulty and that doesn't seems to be hold power in it. And that need to be changed as soon as possible bcz as u said u bought it in november so you can get it replaced.
My advice contact plantronics asap before warranty gets over.
