Plt_bb903 Doesn't Works In My Laptop
I need your support because I bought the headphone PLT_BB903 and when connected with laptop, it is recognized but the sound continues in the laptop, I don't know what's happening. Could you please help me in this issues? regards, Jose Carlos.

A couple of things to keep in mind. First, you want to make sure that your Bluetooth drivers in your laptop support the same profiles as your Backbeat 903+, such as A2DP for music (you may need a Bluetooth USB adapter). Second, make sure your audio settings on the control panel have the headset as the default sound device and if you're using software such as Skype, you may need to go to its control panel and make adjustments there as well.
