Lip Sync Problems

I'm having lip sync problems wih the Pioneer VSX-5231. I checked the manual but there's no troubleshooting for this kind of problem. Voice is slighly ahead of lip movement.

This is usually caused by the audio stream being out of sync from the signal carrier, I suggest you contact your cable or satellite provider for assistance.
