Activating Bluetooth Connect
I just completed the install of this player in my GMC pick-up truck, I went thru the steps outlined in the players manual for connecting my ipod ( It Is the newest generation Nano, I just purchaced it ) via a bluetooth connection. initially the display showed "Not found" and I continued the process and the connection was made and all funtions were correct. I then shut the vehicle off and started it again, as a test to see that the deck retained the settings and this time the deck would not play out my i-pod and all my efforts just caused the display to say "not found", on one or two occasions It displayed my "device name" but still would not play music. I have verified that the "12 volts on all the time" is connected to the "memory 12 volt wire" on the deck (the deck retained the radio presets, no problem), Bluetooth is "on" in the "settings" menu of the i-pod, yet the i-pod shows "not connected" in a sub-dialog box, under the bluetooth "on" dialog box. any idea what the solution may be ? Thanks ahead of time -Ken-
