If you do not know the password, there is no Factory ByPass password. The Unit will need to be Unlocked by Pioneer Service Center. You will need to contact Pioneer for the nearest Service Center(1 (800) 421-1404 Pioneer Corporation, Customer service.)

There is a work around, but I do not recommend it.
