Philips Spa5210b

My Philips SPA5210B is not working properly. Its buzzing when I plug in the USB so you barely hear any music at all.what can I do ? Can I open it up, or will that just ruin the whole thing? I cant find it anymore in Norway either. I did not have it on max volume either, so what can be the problem?
