Phillips Essence Series 2 Model#hx5610.01

i recently purchased above product from walmart.I think my old oral b product did much better job at cleaning my teeth.I don't care for this product and would return it if i could. My teeth don't feel clean after using this product.

This type of item typically cannot be returned (in most cases) since it's a personal hygiene item and has been used. Your best bet is to return it to Walmart and tell them you're not satisfied.
