Bom Dia. Estou Com A Tv 32pfl5322d Que Não Entra Em Nenhuma Das 2 Hdmis.
Estou com essa TV na bancada e está uma das saídas de áudio que estou fazendo o reparo dela.Quando conecto a uma entrada AV, aparece a imagem e não o som se seleciono HDMI não aparece a imagem nem o som mas com a entrada AV conectada também aí aparece somente o som. O que me parece que essa TV precisa atualizar ou fazer o reset de fábrica. Gostaria que a equipe técnica pudesse me orientar.Grato.
