I figured it out myself it is like a puzzle and sorry but I am not taking it apart just to take photos. This is like jack in the box when you take off the black box cover off.

I understand your concern. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a diagram or picture of the insides of the Pfaff 1209 black power box. However, I can provide you with some safety tips to help you avoid burning up the machine.

Always disconnect the power cord from the sewing machine before opening the power box. This will prevent you from accidentally getting shocked.

Be careful not to touch any of the electrical components inside the power box. These components can be live even when the power cord is disconnected.

If you are not comfortable working with electrical components, take the sewing machine to a qualified sewing machine repair technician for assistance.

Here are some additional safety tips that you can follow when working with sewing machines:

Always use the correct needle for the fabric you are sewing. A needle that is too large or too small can damage the sewing machine and the fabric.

Thread the sewing machine carefully. Make sure that the thread is properly threaded through the tension assembly and the needle.

Use a thimble to protect your finger from the needle. A thimble is a small, metal cup that you wear on your finger to protect it from the needle.

Always keep your hands away from the needle when the sewing machine is in operation. The needle can move very quickly and can cause serious injury if it comes into contact with your skin.

By following these safety tips, you can help to avoid accidents and keep your sewing machine in good working order.

Please respond to my effort to provide you with the best possible solution by using the "Acceptable Solution" and/or the "Helpful" buttons when the answer has proven to be helpful.

Sonu
