Why Are My Receipts Showing Up In Another Language Besides English?
Whenever I place an order and use pay pal my receipts are send to me in what looks like Chineese.Whats going on am I being hacked?

I suspect it's just a glitch inPayPal's system. To fix it, phone PayPal at 888-221-1161 or 402-035-2050. To shortcut the seemingly interminable phone menu, repeat "Agent" at every prompt. You can reach PayPal U.K. by phone or email from https://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/helpscr?cmd=_help&t=escalateTab.
As with many companies, PayPal's first-line reps may not be as sharp as we'd like. If you seem to be getting nowhere, ask for a supervisor (and repeat your request politely until it's honored).
