Your question is hard to follow, but PayPal's customer service is available by phone 4:00 AM to 10:00 PM Pacific Time Monday through Friday, and 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM Pacific Time Saturday and Sunday. Call 888-221-1161 or 402-035-2050. To shortcut the seemingly interminable phone menu, repeat "Agent" at every prompt.
