How Do I Reimburse An Ebay Customer Via Pa For An Item Which Was Lost In Transit

I understand you want guidance in remimbursing your customer via PayPal.
If your customer paid you via PayPal, just find the transaction in your online PayPal account (opening page, under "My recent activity") and click the button for "Issue refund."
Otherwise, simply go to https://www.paypal.com/ and click the link toward the top to "Send Money." You'll need your customer's email address.
