Paypal Confirmed My Order To One Stop Plus Yesterday, But Merchant Didn't And Ha
Paypal confirmed my order to One Stop Plus yesterday, but merchant didn't. They claim no record of an order.
How soon will my funds clear. Afraid of double charge if I re-order. Want to cancel that order. Please advise.

You should be able to get a refund easily, in view of PayPal's Purchase Protection policy. Your best course is to phone PayPal customer support, and here's the quickest way: Instead of phoning PayPal's 800 support number, go to this special page after logging in:
