I Have Sound But The Led Red Light Blinks Twice Every 10 Seconds - No Picture...

This is a failure of the scan drivers. This is usually one of the drivers on either the upper or lower boards. Many times the customer may have seen a horizontal line just before it shut the picture off, and this info will be helpful to deciding which board has failed. And if you saw a point on the screen that had a horizontal and vertical line appear from it, then the panel is definitely bad, and not worth repair.
These failures are sometimes caused by a bad plasma panel, and may also damage the SC board. Many times a shop will replace the SC, the upper and lower drive boards together to eliminate the possibility for further problems.
