No Sound After Dropping Panasonic Rr-us551

I cannot hear recordings either through speakers or headphones. Every now and then I'll hear a weak ringing sound coming from the speakers, but that's all. I can record, but I can't hear anything. I see the play timer rolling but that's about it.
