I Have Kx-ts3282bxw And With Line 2, I Wish To Have Parallel Line Of Fax..please

Please advise if I can do this. Can my phone distinguish between a voice call or a data call and accordingly forward fax to my fac machine and dont let my voice calls to be forwarded. Please advice if any additional device need to be installed with this.

You will need to have the phone company bring in a 3rd phone line.
