Difficulty Connecting Iphone With Panasonic Kx-tge263c

I have blue tooth capability on my Iphone and can't seem to connect with this Panasonic phone. I currently use my Iphone with blue tooth capability in both of my vehicles. Any suggestions on what the pairing issue could be.
