How Do I Pick Others Incoming Intercom At My Extention?

What phone system are you using?
It's called directed call pick up.The code for call pick up depends on the phone system in use.
Try the following dial 4 then Ext No, dial *41 then Ext No, dial #41 then Ext No or dial 41 then Extension No.
Had you specified your phone system you woul get a more specific answer.
