Is There A Speaker Phone Feature On Panasonic Kx_t7750 (not Monitoring)?
Monitor button only allows hands-free dialing and listening to other party. Traditional speaker phone button allows hands-free listening AND speaking so other party can hear without my having to pick up handset. Manual indicates that the speaker phone button is not on the 7750 but doesn't say whether or how to have a fully hands-free call on that model. Can it be done??

As your model lacks a microphone, full hands-free operation is not possible. (Sorry.) Similar Panasonic phones that have that feature are the KX-T7731-B - Digital Phone, KX-T7736, KX-T7735, KX-T7731, KX-T7720, and KX-T7730. Return yours to the seller if that's an option.
