How Can I Check What Is The Pbx Ip Address For The Extention (no Pbx Access)

How can I check what is the PBX IP address for the extention (no PBX access) I NEED TO RETRIEVE THE ADDRESS AND CAN'T FIND HOW TO ENTER THE SCREEN PHONE MENU TO GET TO THE SETUP.
