Why Can't My Panasonic Kx-mb2030 Scan?
Why can't my Panasonic KX-MB2030 scan? My O/S is Win 8.1, the printer can copy and print, just cannot scan.

You need to make sure you have the scanner driver installed and a program to scan with. I recommend using Foxit Reader for scanning documents to PDF. Once you have the program installed and running, simply select the Create PDF option and select From Scanner. Windows 8 also has it's own scanning program which you can find by searching for "scan".
