No Motion, Motors Running
I have the EP573K chair. When starting the motors all run but no motion. I have the back open and it appears neither magnetic clutch will engage. I measured the voltages at the clutches and both only receive 8V when they should engage. This seems too low. Is there a schematic available since the chair is discontinued

You can buy a service manual here if that helps.

It could be a power problem. It is possible that they require 12 volts to operate hence no go. A service manual would confirm this if you consider the cost is worth it.
