Panasonic Ep3513 Starts Body Scan, Fast Tapping, Flash All Panel Lights And Stop

Panasonic ep3513 starts body scan from bottom to top, fast tapping shoulder area for about 5 seconds, flash all panel lights 5 times and turns off by itself.I checked the massage block total use time and it indicates 395 hours.I bought service manual by Panasonic but I haven't done anything yet.Needs help where to start.Thanks,
