For Panasonic Model Ep3513 Massage Chair, We Have Problem With The Control Panel
it always stop working even running a few minutes for any options buttons. How can we solve this kind of problem.

If the control panel display is disappearing then I would suspect a connection between the panel and the chair could be your problem. The user guide:

explains that there is an option to move the cable from left or right sides. It may be just a case of reseating the connections and verifying the supply is good. Make sure the unit is run from a fixed power outlet rather than an extension cord to check whether that is a problem.
